Job Description (welcome other states applications and we can discuss accommodation) Our school offers program from 2 to 6 years old, you will be assigned to specific subjects & class groups. Absolutely not a one man shows in our working culture to handle all ages at one time/lesson time.
Provide Children Basic Needs: Ensure the basic needs of children are met, including meals, cleaning and one's hygiene, and rest.
Plan and Implement Lessons: Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschools curriculum, incorporating play-based and structured activities, and able to conduct thematic teaching.
Adapt Teaching Methods: Tailor teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of each child.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore and learn.
Engage with Parents & Children Progress: Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, addressing any concerns and involving them in their child's education.
Classroom Management: Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals. Set and enforce rules of behavior to ensure a respectful and orderly classroom
Ensure Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols, health/safety, and sanitation procedures, and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Provided daily lunch meal for teachers and staff.
