- Position : JnrIT Support Assistant
- Location : Cheras , Balakong
Assist with IT managers, software engineers and other departments as required.
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
Assist with training end-users and staff on hardware functionality and software programs as required.- Assist with monitoring company hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Assist with updating company computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- Assist with documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
Assist to develop IT related reports and analysis from single or multiple systems.- Assist with troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Other Relevant Duties Assigned by Directors/ Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computing, Information Technology, or related studies
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
