General Jira and Confluence inquiries and respond for Bank users (both Business and IT)
Setup of Project (in Jira/ Confluence)
Actively manage User IDs to maintain Licenses threshold in Jira and Confluence
Review & maintain Jira User / training manual & Operations Manual
Conduct training / refresher courses to new/ existing Squads on Jira tools, features and How Tos for the organization (HQ / RHB Entities/ Regional users)
Continuously review existing Jira features to upgrade to new capabilities that value adds for
Organization (and continuous update to manuals and trainings)
Provide specific hand-holding sessions on How-Tos for Squads that is adopting Jira for Agile
ceremonies (e.g., raise Quest, RCOM, Features and User Stories, etc.)
Monitor the health/ performance of Jira and Confluence & inform/ request Cloud Platform
team to upgrade or optimize server resources
Maintain a UAT environment for future version upgrades for workflow configuration testing
before rollout to Production
Support Management and Auditors reporting by extracting relevant reports for performance
tracking and IQA/ Agile COE coaches
Evolve performance reports or dashboards to continue tracking Squads/ for Management
reporting/ real-time updates
Support audit request (internal / external) where applicable
Yearly budgeting for licenses/ version/ plugins upgrades, including any AWS infrastructure
upgrades
Configuration of Jira and Confluence servers related matters (technical) for performance
improvements, new version upgrades (to LTS version) and security patches.
Configuration of workflows/ forms/ parameters based on organizational needs
Ensure compliance with Banks data backup policy, RTO and RPO, including testing backup and
restore process to ensure yearly disaster recovery process and objectives are met
Ensure compliance with Banks IT Security policy/ RMiT requirements
Communications broadcast of any downtime/ maintenances for Jira/ Confluence system
Continuously review and maintain the IT Request and Agile Implementation Operations Manual
Relevant Working Experience and Certifications
Have experience as a Jira and Confluence administrator with at least 4-5 years of experience in the tools
Have technical experience in customizing Jira and/ or Confluence on workflows, forms,
automations, and scripting in Jira and/ or Confluence to meet user requirements
Have experience in improving Jira and/ or Confluence through the evaluation of plug-ins against user requirements, testing of plug-ins to assess feasibility, deployment to Production site and guiding users on how to use the plug-ins
Have experience in maintenance of Jira and/ or Confluence Data Center for version upgrades and security patches
Have experience in supporting users for Jira and Confluence through support tickets and online
collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams/ Zoom)
Atlassian certifications on Jira software will be an added advantage
Have conducted user trainings for Jira to large audience will be an added advantage
Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision
