Job Responsibilities
- Undertakes the role of a project lead/team lead and business/system analyst.
- To manage the overall work plan to ensure work are assigned and completed on time.
- To analyse, design, and prepare specifications, flow charts and process diagrams, adhering to the policies and procedures defined, including complying with all regulatory requirements.
- To work with programmers on new projects, enhancements or resolve issues in the system.
- Participates in system development and testing to ensure that it performs as planned.
- To diagnose problems and recommend solutions that will meet system requirements.
- Responsible for responding to users needs for access to services, support, information and technology.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Preferably at least 7 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, and Malay language for both spoken and written.
- 7 8 years of working experience in IT-related fields with:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Minimum 2 years of system analyst experience (requirement study with users and system design).
- Well-versed in JAVA programming.
- Web Development (JSP, Javascript, Java, J2EE).
- Database (Ms SQL).
- Web Development (Servlets, Spring, CSS, Angular UI).
- Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Able to direct project implementation and overall development under a tight schedule.
- Excellent skills in problem-solving and programming.
- Experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Independent, proactive and with a pleasant personality.
