About the job:
We are currently expanding our Synpulse8 teamin Malaysia due to client demand across a number of high profile projects.

- To write high-quality code for the integration of mobile banking apps on platforms such as Backbase.
- To provide input into the value proposition, solutioning, technical architecture and estimations for mobile banking projects and opportunities.
- To adopt and evolve agile approaches, lightweight architectures and DevOps.
- To create and extend the REST API integration into a modular backend and ensure re-usability of code.
Your team will work according to agile methodologies and has a mindset of putting the client first.
You:
- Backend development experience with Kotlin.
- Backend development experience Java8 and the Spring framework: Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot and Cloud is a plus.
- Able to design new APIs based on Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- People development and team building skills.
- Training and coaching skills.
- Able to present solution approach and own solutions in a clear and receiver-adapted manner.
