Job Title Lead Java Backend Developer
Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs for our innovative software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance backend services using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software requirements.
Implement best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of backend systems.
Work with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL) to manage data storage and retrieval.
Implement domain-driven microservices and event-driven architectures.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Agile development methodologies.
Utilize containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Github Actions and Gitlab CI.
Collaborate with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP for deployment and management of applications.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java backend development.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with RDBMS (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Proficiency in domain-driven microservices and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and lean startup approaches.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of secure coding best practices and familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
