Job Description

Reception at the counter and help doctor

Receiving call from patient and arrange the schedule.

Communicate with and patient

Trace results, inform results to patients after doctor had commented on the results

Help dispense the medicine : first take the necessary prescription from the dispensary area, all medicines are arranged alphabetically, and its usually the same medications we give out every day, so most employee are familiar with it within 1 month, after collect the medicine, let doctor double check to ensure correct medicine were collected, then pass the medicine to patient. instructions on how to use are usually explained earlier in consult room, or will train staff on it.

• Requirements

Able to speak Japanese (at least N2 Level)
Able to work on weekends

Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 1:00PM, and 2:00PM - 6:00PM
Saturday & Sunday / Public Holiday 9:00AM - 1:00PM, and 2:00PM - 5:00PM
