Write Manager monthly report
Write and update division weekly progress report
Update and report clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity
Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring
Plan and manage yearly budget
Ensure legal compliance DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local council
Manage complaint and request from facilities end user
Delegate section task and responsibility to sub-ordinate
Involve in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment
To coordinate staff training and hand-over for new facilities equipment introduction
Manpower planning and structuring section organization for efficient workflow
Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping
ERT Commander
Ad-Hoc:
QMS ISO Committee member
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to time
Minimum Bachelor of Degree in related field.
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years experience in managerial level.
Minimum JLPT N
Candidate must be able to communicate and make reports in Japanese.
Able to understand Japanese term in manufacturing.
