Handle sales enquires through phone or email, generating leads- Create / amend quotation as per salesperson and customers requirement
Raise amendment to amend any description or job-related stuff, such as brand/model/pricing, etc
- Assisting Sales to fill up BQ contents
Get quotations from suppliers for costing and purchasing purpose.- Assist to determine pricing mark up on quotations
Assist sales to fill up pre-qualification tender questionnaire for submission purpose
- Preparing catalogues for tender submission
Handling tender submission, ensure proper documentation, co-ordinate with inter department for submission info.- Maintaining manufacturer contact, client database and preparing tender report
Implementing cost saving measures and efficiency improvements
- Providing variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual cost.
Diploma in business management or related field or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years of related experience
Proactivity & good attitude- Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office software
Good administrative skills
- Good computer and keyboard skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
