Job Descriptions:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, prepare PPT Slide / proposal required
Assist with few accounting tasks such as expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and be prepared to travel with the CEO & team members when required
To liaise and follow up with agents & developer for relevant sales enquiry, sales activities, deposits and viewing arrangement- To meet up & coordinate with developer for relevant project matters
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Managerial level of related field is required for this position
Good written and spoken with Mandarin & English- Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru Area and travelling as request.
