  • Job Scope:
Manage sales target and committed collection of reporting sales personnel
  • Formulate distribution and promotional plans to achieve the sales and collections target set by HOD.
Train reporting sales personnel on tactical sales techniques, assist and guide sales personnel in identifying new customers and segments.
  • Identify and propose new brands/products and business opportunity and take charge in product/business development.
Ensure proper sales kits/tools like catalogues, price lists; product ranges are available and regularly maintained/updated for the sales department.
  • Ensure customers are serviced properly and data are regularly updated
Compile and analyse sales numbers.
  • Maintain the departments claim expenses to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources for better profitability.
To recruit, train and guide sales staffs in terms of product knowledge, selling skills, servicing standards and collections. Allocating areas to sales staffs.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors activities and products.
Relocation and out of station travel as and when required by management.
  • Submit weekly and monthly report on performance in terms of sales/collections/new Initiatives/new products/new customers including market activities and competitors activities. Ad hoc feedbacks are also encouraged so that timely action can be taken to address any issues.
Management may also require you to assist in responsibilities/works that are related to the interest of the company in terms of events and new initiatives which arise in time.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
Ad-hoc assignments by the Directors as and when required
  • Requirements:
Minimum Sales / Business Administration Degree qualification
  • 5-7years in the relevant or similar industry and business acumen
Hands on approach and to coach subordinates to ensure they understand and meet companys high standards (including values and culture.)
  • Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities
Flexible and ability to adapt and adopt to companys values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company.
  • Thrive in a fast pace environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.
Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Result-oriented & skilled in developing business plans while initiating the changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives in competitive global markets.
Resourceful, result-oriented and work well under pressure
  • Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results
Have good leadership qualities coupled with leadership skills
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, credibility and ethics

Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytical, problem solver and multitasker with ability to do highly unstructured work.
To ensure that company interest is the priority and comes first, and to do whatever is necessary (including weekends, off days and public holidays) to meet this objective.
  • Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
Protect companys information and interest at all times.
  • Collaboration work with teams of all levels.
Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
