Job Description: Identifying hardware and software solutions
Troubleshooting technical issues
Diagnosing and repairing faults
Resolving network issues
New laptops configuration, software installation, email configuration, printer configuration and updates
Users IT calls attend major issues; troubleshooting PC, laptops, mobile devices
Support for all email issues and bounce back errors
Maintenance of IT stocks and asset list
May be required to assist IT/developer Team for internal software related maintaining & system upgrade
Diploma/Degree in networking, computer science or related engineering or technical certification
Knowledge of testing related skills e.g. Basic Functionality Testing, Unit Testing, Single-user performance testing
Knowledge of coding related skills e.g. HTML, JavaScript, React, Python, Django
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized and attention to details
Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
