Job Description

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Timing: 9 am to 6pm
Working Location: KL Sentral

Requirement
Education Level: Degree, MAICSA candidate or final year
Experience: At least 2-3 years in Corporate secretarial firm. Experience with a reputable firm preferred

Skills/ Certifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
Be flexible and adaptable in working styles
Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

  • Job Scope:
Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/ shareholders resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
  • Liaise with Clients and provide advisory services to clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
All aspects of general corporate secretarial matters including preparation and circulation of resolutions, ACRA filing, etc
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes
Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services
  • Report and Assist Director in the management of team members job
Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
At least 2-3 years in Corporate secretarial firm. Experience with a reputable firm preferred
