Job Responsibilities:- Handling outbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
General customer service duties
Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients via email and phone calls.
Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
Proactive, committed and self-motivated
Positive team player who is also able to work independently- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College,
Professional Certificate or equivalent.
