Key Responsibilities - Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. To facilitating staff development.
Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment. By directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs.- Plan, implement and set goals and objectives for stores to ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their district.
Inventory management. Overseeing pricing and inventory control of each store.
- Motivate and Inspire teams to meet KPIs and exceptional customer service.
To oversee the day-to-day work and operations of employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or similar role.
A minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.- An energetic and results-oriented sales person
