Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, candidate is responsible for processing of Purchase Order, and Invoicing.

  • Coordination with Supplier on order status.

  • Coordination with customers on delivery and general administrative support.

  • Work with cross-functional teams involving Sales, Marketing, Operation, and Finance.

  • Candidate will work in our Branch Office in Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar Area).

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    1-2 years experience in IT Sales/Admin/Support.

    Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected.

    A team player with determination to drive to excel.

    Excellent customer service skills

    Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.

    Must be able to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
