Job Description
- Ensure stable operation of internet and phone lines, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and monitor network performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, network equipment, and manage audio-visual devices; perform routine checks and hardware troubleshooting.
- Install and update software (SAP, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Windows OS, antivirus), provide user support and training, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN and WAN, monitor network performance, and implement network security measures.
- Provide first-level IT support, respond to helpdesk tickets, and educate users on best practices.
- Maintain records of IT assets and support requests, prepare IT activity reports, and document and update SOPs per GDP guidelines.
- Assist in regular IT audits, participate in disaster recovery planning, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards, participate in audits, and implement continuous improvement procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve services, stay updated on IT trends, suggest infrastructure improvements, and participate in IT projects.
- Undertake any other instruction delegated by superior from time to time.
Requirements - Diploma in Computer/Information Technology/IT Network.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook- Experience in networking (LAN/WAN) configuration, troubleshooting and administration.
Able to work independently, dedicated, result oriented and good attitude
- Have own transport and willing to travel

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
