Role Description
This is a contract role as a Technical Support Officer. The Technical Support Officer will be responsible as follows :
1) Identifying hardware and software solutions
2) Troubleshooting technical issues
3) Diagnosing and repairing faults
4) Resolving network issues
5) Installing and configuring hardware and software
6) Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
7) Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
8) Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
9) Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
10) Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
11) Managing multiple cases at one time
