Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
Have knowledge of IT Equipment.- Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
- Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or/and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage
Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply
Responsibility- Setup, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems and networks
Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed
