Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the technical team, including freelancers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Develop and test prototypes to validate architectural choices and drive innovation.- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure technical strategies align with business objectives and project timelines.
Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with at least five years of expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure.- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a focus on JavaScript (primary) and Python, and experience in React, Node.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, and Postgres.
Strong understanding of open-source tools and integration methods, particularly in AI, business automation, and language models such as those from Hugging Face.
- Proven experience with Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, serverless deployment, and scaling SaaS products.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing technical teams.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
