JOB DESCRIPTION- Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting existing ERP system
- To understand and analyze the ERP and business workflow of the company
- Manage user access and permissions within the ERP system.
- Provide training and technical support to business users on matters related to ERP systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data in the ERP system.
- Creating and updating documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
- Collaborating with different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
- Working with vendors and consultants if external support is required.
- Knowledge and experience handling and support for POS system.
- Proof of ERP / System support in any retail line in previous or current position.
- REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in ERP support or a related field.
Experience in one or more of the following:- Applications: Autocount, Wordpress, Woo-commerce, Mobile AppsWindows Servers : Wintel Platform / Linux / UnixVirtual Platform : VmWare / Hyper-VBusiness Intelligence Tools: Microsoft Power BI.Microsoft Office application: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
