Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in IT.- CCNA certification is an added advantage.
Willing to travel within Malaysia and ASEAN countries.- Willing to work shifts (morning and afternoon shifts to support ASEAN countries).
Proficiency in installing and configuring IT hardware and software.- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of network security practices.
- Experience with data capture and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel VBA).
