Responsibilities:- Install and configure IT devices (hardware/software).
Troubleshoot issues and handle requests. Perform data capture (using tools such as Power BI, Excel VBA, etc.)
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT.
CCNA certification is an added advantage.Willing to travel within Malaysia and ASEAN countries.
Willing to work shifts (morning and afternoon shifts to support ASEAN countries).
- Proficiency in installing and configuring IT hardware and software.
Strong troubleshooting skills.- Knowledge of network security practices.
Experience with data capture and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel VBA).
