Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in relevant field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Troubleshoot PC and fix the issues
  • Install and setup printers
  • Attend to customers request for repairs & maintenance of barcode printers
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on a timely basis
  • Help to troubleshoot and solve the technical issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and Supervisor to solve complex issues
  • Prepare IT-related document, and do filing
