Main Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support request and system-related questions over the phone and by email.
Resolve clients technical issues in a timely and professional manner.- Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for software issues.
Remotely connected to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures.
Perform data migration works and conduct product training to end user, when necessary.- nvolve in ad-hoc project and pre-implementation discussions.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop Support is preferred.
Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
- A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
