Job Description

This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn. The IT Support will assist in maintaining and supporting the companys IT infrastructure, ensuring that all employees have the technical resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including operating system, software, and hardware issues.
System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and other infrastructure components.Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and inventory using the companys ticketing system and asset management tools.
User Training: Assist in the creation of user guides and provide basic training to employees on IT systems and software applications.
Security: Follow established IT security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of the companys data and systems.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in IT or Computer Science/Engineering is a must.
Experience: Previous experience in IT field or technical support role is a plus
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software applications (e.g., Windows OS, MS Office, Auto count.).Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Ability to provide friendly and effective support to end-users.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues.Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Must be willing to work at Seksyen 15/22, Shah Alam from Monday to Friday
* Able to travel when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,
  • 20 - RM5,211.58 per month
