Job Description
- Support imaging new laptop.
Support new laptop replacement for user.- Support prepare old computer with end users for upcoming laptop replacement.
Support any request helpdesk function as required.
- Monitor server and network
Password reset via Active Directory
Requirements- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support role.
Must have good command of spoken and written in English, and Malay language.- Basic understanding of servers and network

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,300.00 per month
