Provide support on managing systems and access control. E.g. MS 365.
To support on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, marketing tool, survey, eCommerce platform
Setup company IT hardware and software and troubleshoot issues
To gather requirements and prepare documentation, user guide for related projects or system enhancement. To identify potential problems in the project at early stages.
To provide first level support on systems used by internal teams.
To support live event's hardware & software preparation and live streaming.
Liaise with internal and external clients, outsourced vendors, technical development/support groups to achieve superior technical solutions.
To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in IT related field. Having experience in live event streaming and video editing will be an added advantage.
Fresh Graduated are welcome.
Knowledge of online streaming tools and video editing tools will be added advantage. Required to work with Adobe Premiere Pro and etc.
Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin
Strong in analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Able to work with minimal supervision as well as able to contribute to team development
Good interpersonal skills, self-discipline and good communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
