Responsibilities
- Resolving IT support (Network, Application & PC client) requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Setup, install & support PDA, tablet & mobile phones
- Setup & support video conferencing system, projector, audio visual conference equipment
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
- Inventory control & asset management
- Knowledge Management (KM)
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder in IT-related field.
- Fresh graduates with a degree and above are welcomed to apply.
- Candidates with a diploma must have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant working experience.
- Possess own transportation and the ability to work ina shift pattern.
- Willingness to workduring public holidaysor as required forovertime arrangements.
- Must be able to work in Bayan Lepas/Batu Kawan
