Responsibility1) Server Room Maintenance
Conduct annual EMS tests.- Perform fire extinguisher checks.
Restore backup tapes annually.
2) Network & PC Support
- Monitor and reboot networks.
Diagnose, maintain, and update Windows and drivers on PCs.- Assist with password resets and VPN issues.
Provide support for printers and corporate/personal smartphones (InTune, Authenticator).
3) IT Inventory Management:
- Receive and update inventory.
Capitalize, tag, and scrap assets.
4) System Clean-up- Conduct clean-up exercises for user accounts, PCs, corporate iPhones, and Active Directory.
Maintain and test CCTV systems.
5) Application Support
- Support for Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and other MS Office applications.
Reset passwords for Windows, SAP, and KeePass.- Manage ServiceNow tickets.
Qualification- Diploma/Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates with IT professional certifications will have an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Mandarin) in dealing with respective language-speaking clients.
