Job Description:- Resolving IT support requests from employees
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
- To handle office maintenance and office upkeep.
At least Diploma in IT or related field.
- Previous experience in IT administration or related roles preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in operating systems like Windows and MacOS.
- Familiarity with Hardware (Printer, laptop, desktop, router)
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Knowledge:
Basic Knownledge of Printer, Laptop, Desktop and internet connections.Communication Skills: Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in configuration and troubleshooting tasks paperwork related works.
Ability to Learn:
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry changes.Teamwork:
Collaboration with colleagues and departments to implement solutionsTime Management: Effective organization and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines.
