Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against key milestones and deliverables.
Complete work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task.
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resources requirement.
Delegate the task to technical team members and ensure they understand the concept of the project work.- Communicating, monitoring, and coaching team members regularly and adequately.
Track project progress through all phases and provide updates to top management.
- Participating in and supervising each phase of the project.
Perform quality control on the project through development to keep up the standard expected.- Delivering completed software products to customers and performing regular checks on the product performance.
Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints.
- Able to understand technical issues and escalate issues as needed and drive solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Perform other related duties and responsibilities.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At Least 2-year experience in project management or any related experience.- Ability to multitask and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades.
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills to interact internally with management, customers, and support staff, and externally with the customer management level.
