Proven project domain competency.
Have at least 4 years of Banking IT projects.
At least completed 1 full SDLC cycle as Project Management role.
Able to work on concurrent projects activities across countries.
Able to handle and manage stakeholders throughout the project execution cycle.
Able to work with vendor with off-site development team
Self starter, agile in work assignment and strong problem solving skill
Team Leadership, dynamics and a good team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business users & IT.
Ability to work with peers and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under tight deadlines.
Highly result oriented and can work independently.
Plan the allocation of resources and monitor progress.
Actively participate in issue management related to the project, to resolve issue on time.
Monitor and ensure project delivery timeline on track.
Monitor and control Project Budget.
Analyze and manage project risk.
Ensure project adhere to GPLC governance and necessary documentation.
Proactive project planning and effective enforcement
To ensure compliance with IT-Security, good project management practices, IT standards & policies and Audit.
To ensure project documentation is kept up-to-date.
Assume responsibility for tasks as directed by Sr Tech PM
Chairing various meeting including weekly PWC
Act as project secretariat to prepare and arrange for monthly PSC meeting & update.

Experience
Minimally, 5 years experience in project management.
Certification in PMI is an added advantage.
Experience in working in banking environment is an added advantage.
