Responsibilities
- Define and determine the scope and objectives of projects.
- Predict and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within the defined scope and budget.
- Delegate tasks based on team members strengths, skills, and experience.
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on project strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk management to mitigate potential project risks.
- Measure and analyze project performance to identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Experience in implementing Contact Center Solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and be self-motivated and organized.
- Proven creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, conflict management, collaborative, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
