Key responsibilities :- Gate-keeper for any scope and process change/ deviation/ gaps
Check & approval of deviation (CR) impacting timeline, and budget- Inform, collaborate and escalate to Process owner and stake holders on deviation, risk impact and issues.
Determine priorities based on cost and added value among list of process changes (business case)
- Resource planning and staffing of project team
Vendor management- Define and maintain overall project schedule
Actively support decision making
- Ensure successful transition from project mode to support
Host project team meeting, interface to between business and IT- Prepares weekly project status report to IT PMO
Adhere to IT PMO Project playbook
Candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science, Business, or in any discipline from recognized Universities
- 7+ years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5+ years of team management and people management experience with good record of people development and team player in a Global MNC company- Well verse with Project management methodologies e.g. Waterfall and Agile Scrum
Candidate must have completed minimum 5 full cycles of major IT implementation projects
- Have skillsets in SharePoint is added advantage
Excellent in both spoken and written English. Good in spoken and written Bahasa- Excellent in communication and able to manage stakeholders
Excellent team player and able to collaborate cross team and towers
