This is a critical position responsible for the planning, development, operation, and maintenance of the internal information systems.
Responsibilities
Daily data collection, maintenance, operation, updates, and development of new features for the server system for room management in each store, which we developed jointly with a Chinese manufacturer.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of servers and related devices in each store and room.
Introduction, operation, and management of the POS system.
Maintenance, operation, and purchasing of related equipment such as TVs, speakers, and microphones.
Installation, maintenance, and operation of CCTV cameras.
Management of equipment purchases and the installation process when opening new stores.
Management of the email server and email addresses.
Website domain management.
Operation and management of the headquarters internal servers.
IT-related help desk support at stores and headquarters.
