IT MANAGER (Credit Consultancy and Recovery Services) To provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving defects;
- To diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues and collaborate to resolve urgent or complex issues;
To manage timely responses and expectations with customers and maintain issue logs and incident reports;- To maintain documentation related to software applications, including user manuals, knowledge base, FAQs and technical guides;
To monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization;
- To stay up-to-date with technological innovations and best practices in software development.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience;
Strong competency in:-- - C# .NET. NET Core, Web API development, Web development using Angular;
- SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle DB, MySQL).
- Strong technical knowledge of various IT technology & architecture of systems;
Sound knowledge treasury product and other banking product features;- Good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
