Requirements:-
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in networking, troubleshoot ,server, hardware and software support.- Software installation (OS, Microsoft Office)
Ability to setup and troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job description- Provide desktop support and perform installation & configuration of PCs, notebooks, printer, IT equipment and peripherals as well as their native applications and all office type productivity tools within the facility.
Check PC condition in Lab, Admin Department and update by monthly report,
- Backup Data from Server by Daily and weekly.
Maintain software & hardware inventory listing.- Fix problem that issue by staff at Ticket system.
Responsible on routine Computer Sighting exercise and preventive maintenance.
- Control E-ticket system and assign ticket task for maintenance.
