Job description Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading internal IT-related activities to be applied company-wide.
Lead, develop and mentor the IT admin and technical support team
Take lead to champion digitalisation effort for company, from internal stakeholders requirements understanding, vendor liaison, leading UAT stage to system onboard (for example system workflow, CRM, ERP, project management system, BI etc)
Determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer & new technology systems to fulfil the organizations information systems requirements
Monitor performance of IT systems to determine the cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Assess vendors for new hardware and software solutions
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues
Determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Manage overall maintenance of the computer systems.
Developing and managing the organisations private intranet.
Managing the companys regular hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Lead and support onboarding / off-boarding employees on corporate systems to ensure both immediate productivity and efficient removal of access.
Create and update manuals and documentation
Communicate with departments to ensure the IT requirements are met.
Develop policies and procedures of the company with regards to the above for compliance and security reasons, among others.
Candidate must possess at least degree in computer science/ information technology, management information systems or equivalent
At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar role is required for this position
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, and phone systems
Advanced knowledge of M365, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders an asset.
Ability to mediate disagreements competently and negotiate a win-win resolution for all parties.
Experience in implementing and developing enterprise scale systems.
Excellent computer skills in hardware & software.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
