We are looking for a motivated and talented IT Intern to join our team. As an IT Intern at ARB Berhad, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of IT operations, focusing on maintaining the companys networking, servers, printers, laptops, and other hardware. - Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of company networking and server infrastructure.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of printers, laptops, and other hardware.
- Provide IT support to staff, resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring the security of the company's IT systems.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Candidate must possess or pursuing at least Bachelor's Degree in information Technology or equivalent
