IT Infrastructure Engineer (1 year contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems related to Network and Systems
• Manage crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve problems.
• Perform automation through python, ansible to automate repetitive tasks.
• Produce relevant documentations and SOPs.
• Implement the break fix during incidents.
• To provide 2nd line technical support.
• Provide technical expertise for 1st line IT support staff, sharing technical knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Good understanding for Infra Monitoring (Solar winds, Grafana and Prometheus), and DCIM tools.
• Good understanding on Network Automation (Python and Ansible).
• Hands on Incident management, Change management and Problem management.
• Good understanding of Routing (OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Vlan, VTP, STP, HSRP, EtherChannel etc.)
• Exposure in Fortigate firewalls.
• Exposure in WLAN technologies.
• Exposure in Linux and Windows will be added advantage.
