Responsibilities:- Address and resolve queries and requests from Customer Support (CS)
If issue requires further analysis by an ESS executive on-site, arrange an appropriate date/time with the customer for the on-site visit and investigation- Maintain and record hardware inventory movements to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate promotions on tools
Coordinate with hardware and support vendors for supplies and maintenance service
- Work closely with the other teams to coordinate the acquisition of sales kits and marketing material and their supply to customers
Support the other teams in selling the benefits of our services to customers during Marketing and Promotion campaigns to increase take-up rate and usage of our services- Work and support the manager to implement identified and approved strategies to support daily CS activities
Coordinate with regional team to coordinate customer participation in beta testing and the new release of tools and services
- Diploma minimum, preferably degree in IT / Tech related field.
Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply
- Good working knowledge of web-based and CRM / Logistics applications
