Job Duties And Responsibilities :- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone, message or email
Provide 1st level support for incoming queries and issues related to Systems, Application, Hardware and Network- Perform 1st level troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Record all request or issue and their resolution in logs
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Follow-up and update user about issue status and information- Follow up with user to ensure issue has been resolved
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests to Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met to maintain high-quality service.
- Attend issue at user location if necessary (after office hour or holiday)
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures- Collaborating with other unit to provide solutions for customers
Monitoring Systems, Servers and Networks equipment
- Setting up and managing user accounts
Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports (base on client requirement)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferably specializing in IT Application/Network/System/Workstation support.
- Have the necessary people skill to interact with users at various levels
Able to work in independently as well as in a team.- Knowledge and experience of Hospital Environment will be an added advantage
