Products and services include SQL Accounting & Payroll System, FNB Restaurant POS, IRS Point of sales, ESET Internet Security, Backup System, Microsoft Office 365 as well as custom build business application with special business requirements. We are also specialize in IT hardware, Server, Networking & Firewall which served our customers with the needs of IT outsourcing with flexible and professional technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage new change request on external maintained system from change request scope definition through implementation across internal, external and cross functional teams.
- Responsible to provide first line support to users on all application & IT related requests/enquiries.
- Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients through phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues related to accounting/ERP, POS, payroll and other application software in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain accounting/ERP, POS, payroll systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Install, configure accounting/ERP, POS and payroll software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide training and support to staff on accounting systems and others software as needed.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives related to accounting systems as assigned.
- Follow-up and communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly sign-off and documented.
- Responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the various applications.
- Ensures assign tasks and assignment are completed satisfactorily on time, and in compliance with proposal and established standards.
- Responsible to assist in smooth running of business as usual for IT functions.
Requirements:
- High school, diploma or equivalent required, some college or technical training in accounting or computer science preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in Software Support Technician or help desk role, experience with accounting systems preferred but not required.
- Minimum technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Experience with remote desktop support and provide clear instructions..
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
