To troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems and programs.
To manage hardware equipment.

To maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software.
To monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures.
To create user accounts, network users account, directories and performing access control. (Eg. ERP, Internal Portal, AD servers, File server, E-mail account, VPN).
To manage access control options.
To monitor and analyse the system logs.
To collect, maintain and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems and internal portal.
To ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
To upgrade systems with new releases and models.
To interact with the support team and help desk to assist them in troubleshooting and provide necessary technical support.
To evaluate system requirements and technical needs.
To understand the software, hardware, and other requirements of the project.
To install, configure and maintain local area network software and hardware services including servers, company computers, and printers.
To provide support to network users to access resources available on network and operations.
Be responsible for server support and maintenance.
To set-up and configure computer applications including MS Office, emails, ERP and internet settings.
To communicate with the supplier, supports and internal clients to understand their requirements.
To coordinate with users to gather their feedback on system performance.
