Job Responsibilities:- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Provide 2nd level desktop, network and application support.- Familiar with both Windows OS and macOS support.
Setup and installation of desktop and laptop.
- Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems.
Understand technical issues and develop procedures and checklists for future references.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
Troubleshoot networking issues.
- Managing and administrative window server environment.
Responding in a timely manner to IT service issues and requests.- Providing technical support to end users.
Maintaining company IT asset list.
- Repairing and replacing IT system as and when needed.
Updating and creating new IT guidelines according to SOP.- Involve in new and existing projects.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in user IT support and windows server environment is required for this position.- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Stay up to date on current IT technology trend and enhancement.
