Proactively install and maintain office servers & IT networks across all Omni-Healths offices, to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems.- Manage and maintain the Company's IT infrastructure, including all hardware assets, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, software and related equipment.
Provide IT/ Network technical support to employees across all Omni-Healths offices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions to improve employee proficiency on IT-related topics, including software applications, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection policies.
Identify, assign and train the IT representatives in all regions to be able to at least provide first level support.- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory lists, support requests and resolutions.
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, while ensuring compliance with data protection & cybersecurity regulations and security standards.
- Identify all possible risks in security breaches and provide the appropriate response plan.
Develop and implement IT strategies/ projects that align with business goals, including system upgrades, network expansions, and software deployments.- Collaborate with other departments & external vendors/ service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and effective management of IT resources.
Work closely with Human Resources Department for all new hires and resigned employees across all regions with on/ offboarding, IT equipment, processes & policies, including issuance of assets, paperwork, email/ office accounts setup, etc.
- Monitor & proactively report recurring issues to the Management Team for evaluation.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, software applications and cybersecurity principles, best practices, and tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, network protocols, security standards, and data backup/ recovery procedures.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
