- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- To manage and update IT inventory (PCs, servers and etc)
- Server administration : Domain/ file server (Create new user and grant access)
- Implementation of new applications and infrastructure, liaise with external vendors for systems customization and upgrade.
- Create and implement the standard operating policies (SOP) and procedures of MIS/ IT department adhere to the company policies to ensure data accuracy & security.
- Manage & maintain the backup system for server & email.
- To liaise with HR Team pertaining to new hires IT assets.
- To prepare related reports as an when required.
- Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT support role.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and positive mindset.
- Good knowledge in Active directory, Group Policies and Share Folder access/ structure.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, documentations, requirement analysis and presentation skills.
