Job Description
- Responsible for daily hardware maintenance and upgrade of servers;
Responsible for daily installation and deployment of server systems;- Responsible for daily server account management, such as setting up accounts and granting privileges;
Responsible for daily management and inspection of server rooms;
- Responsible for daily inspections of other IT infrastructure (including but not limited to desktop peripherals, printing systems, video conference systems, etc.);
Responsible for writing and updating maintenance documentation for daily maintenance tasks Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related fields, with over 5 years of operation and maintenance experience;
- Over 2 years of experience in Windows/Linux system operation and maintenance management, familiar with system commands and basic services (AD, DNS, FTP, NTP, DHCP, Samba, etc.);
Experience in IDC management, familiar with common server room environments;- Experience with x86-based general-purpose servers such as DELL/HP, familiar with troubleshooting and handling server hardware exceptions ;
Familiar with the composition structure and performance indicators of x86-based general-purpose servers, and understand the recent iteration and evolution of Intel and AMD platform architectures;
- Familiar with Zabbix monitoring, priority will be given to those who can customize development;
Strong sense of responsibility and curiosity, adept at learning new things, and passionate about technology;- Good teamwork skills, able to endure hardships, and capable of handling challenging work.
