About the team:
The role will sit within the Projects and Solutions Delivery team with the PMO team. The team works with partners such as payment providers, POS, vendors, and merchants to enable our systems as a payment method for their customers. Our regional team is based in Singapore.
About the Assignment:
This is a new role, you will work closely with the regional team, internal, and external stakeholders to enable our systems as payment methods with our partners. You will be the bridge between business, operations, product, and engineering. Payments and technical experience will be required.
The Core Objectives:
Lead the end to end process for onboarding new partners to our systems. This includes partner support during the technical integration, articulating user journey, API and payment flows, debugging, and sharing best practices.
Support merchants from various e-commerce platforms on configurations needs for our systems.
Post launch support and technical account management, including migration of partner to new APIs and providing technical support for new features deployment
Track, follow up, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, business, operations) to ensure bugs are fixed, new product features, integrations and projects are launched in a timely manner
Maintain cross functional project and integration trackers, including CRM tools.
Propose new and maintain existing operational processes, workflow, and documents
End-to-end execution during pilot programs and new product launches
Project manage: making sure there's a pipeline of partners being onboarded and launched in a timely manner
Identify gaps and propose solutions
Essential Experience / Criteria:
Obtained Bsc Computer Science / Computer engineering / Information Systems
At least 4 - 7 years of IT consulting experience, preferably in the payments/fintech industry.
Ability to articulate clearly and concisely technical APIs, flows and documentations
Prior work experience in South East Asia markets is preferred
Ideal candidate will be intuitive, resourceful, enjoys solving complex problems, and working
independently
Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of product, operations, engineering, and business.
Clear understanding of payments and the surrounding ecosystem such as online checkout, QR payments, buy now pay later, tokenization, merchant settlement, and so on.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
This role does not involve programming, however prior programming knowledge and technical
skills is a plus point
